By default, all the screens (Light&Play and ESD) are linked and assigned to Vitrinemedia. 

In case the device encounter issues that require resolution, a remote operation may be requested from the Technical team at Vitrinemedia. 

In case of factory reset, the device is no longer assigned to Vitrinemedia and therefore remote operation is impossible.

Follow the below steps to assign the device back to Vitrinemedia.

  1. With the remote controller, press on "Home" button or "Return" arrow button.
  2. Launch Visibble Console APP

  3. Click on "Settings" tab and "Teamviewer Binding"

  4. This will prompt you to assign the device to Vitrinemedia with a loading screen.
  5. Once done, provide the serial number of your device and communicate it to the Vitrinemedia Support
    • Location for ESD : On the back of the display
    • Location for L&P : On the bottom of the display (in landscape).
  6. The device is now accessible for remote control by Vitrinemedia Support.
