To find the firmware version, please follow the steps below:
- Return to the Android home menu by pressing "Home" button or "Return" arrow button on your remote controller.
- Open "Visibble Console" application
- On the "Device info" tab, scroll down and search for "ROM Version Number"
- Provide this number to the customer support.
